Produced from solid wood components / plates, and transversally and longitudinally merged.

Thickness single-layer: 18 - 45 mm

The width of the elements: 30 - 45, mostly 38 - 45 mm
Materials used
Waterproof glues are compliant with standard SIST EN 204-D3 containing formaldehyde at the rate of E1. On request it can also be used waterproof glue compliant with the standard D4.
Quality
AB quality
A side: uniform structure and color, free of knots, without red heart in beech, oak without the sapwood.
B side: permits all types of chromatic aberration, a smaller proportion of red heartwood in beech and a lower proportion of sapwood in oak, the individual sound knots allowed up to 5 mm in diameter. Panels' humidity is 8 - 10%.
BB quality
On both sides are allowed all kinds of chromatic aberration, a smaller share of red heart in beech and a smaller proportion of sapwood in oak, the individual sound knots allowed up to 5 mm in diameter. Panels' humidity is 8 - 10%.
BC quality
B side: permits all types of chromatic aberration, a smaller proportion of red heartwood in beech and a lower proportion of sapwood in oak, the individual sound knots allowed up to 5 mm in diameter.
C side: permits all types of chromatic aberration, the natural sorting elements knots permitted up to 10 mm in diameter. Panels' humidity is 8 - 10%.
Further processing by request
- pack of individual panels in a thermal shrink foil,
- the processing of edges,
- cutting into small formats,
- oiling, waxing and polishing.
Packaging
The panels are stacked in a package, wrapped in a foil and protected to prevent mechanical damage during transportation. The quantity of panels in each package:
- thickness of 18 - 27 mm, 30 pcs / package
- thickness of 30 - 45 mm, 20 pcs / package
Delivery
3 - 6 weeks for standard wood species and dimensions
6 - 8 weeks for non-standard wood species and dimensions
